cache your website file tranfer via htaccess to gain more speed

htaccess is powerfull tool that optimized in server, work both apache and nginx server technology. in this turn we will use one of hos function to make out website run as fast as possible with cache method, we will made our htaccess setting just like blogspot, for blogger this is nothing to do since already have it also there are no way to edit .htaccess file from blogger.

for you wordpress user or another private templates like al-jazary who can access .htaccess file, here we go.

open file .htaccess from your web server, random this storing in public html directory. you welcome to edit directly or using FTP (i am using filezilla) and add this code below.

optimize website speed with cache using htaccess

ExpiresActive On
ExpiresByType image/x-icon "access plus 1 year"
ExpiresByType image/gif "access plus 1 year"
ExpiresByType image/png "access plus 1 year"
ExpiresByType image/jpg "access plus 1 year"
ExpiresByType image/jpeg "access plus 1 year"

ExpiresByType application/javascript "access plus 1 year"
ExpiresByType text/css "access plus 1 year"

this basic must have cache, default is 1 year, feel free to change time cached as you like, also if your website is static unchange (should never update) better to cache html to, just add more ExpiresByType text/html "access plus 1 year" before closed tag .

not only just cache to speed up our website load,we can boost more speed if Gzip compressed enable, usually web server have this menu in cpanel, but if you want to add setting using htaccess can be done like this.
